James Gunn चा Superman (2025) हा DC Universe चा नवीन सुरुवात करणारा movie आहे. Clark Kent म्हणजेच Superman (David Corenswet) आता पूर्णपणे developed आहे – Daily Planet मध्ये काम करतो, Lois Lane (Rachel Brosnahan) सोबत relationship मध्ये आहे, आणि जगभरातल्या conflicts मध्ये actively participate करतो.

Movie ची सुरुवात थोडी वेगळी आहे – Krypton चा destruction आणि Superman चा origin skip करून, आपल्याला थेट एका geopolitical conflict मध्ये टाकलं जातं. Lex Luthor (Nicholas Hoult) या billionaire villain ने genetically enhanced soldiers तयार केले आहेत जे Superman ला हरवण्याचा प्रयत्न करतात.

Story मध्ये काही emotional moments आहेत – विशेषतः Lois आणि Clark मधली chemistry आणि त्यांचं एक heartfelt interview scene. पण काही viewers ना असं वाटू शकतं की plot थोडं rushed आहे आणि काही background missing आहे. CGI-heavy fight scenes मध्ये थोडा chaos जाणवतो, पण performances strong आहेत.

Rachel Brosnahan ने Lois Lane ला एक confident आणि smart persona दिला आहे. David Corenswet चा Superman हा classic आणि modern दोन्ही elements combine करतो. Supporting cast मध्ये Metamorpho (Anthony Carrigan) आणि Green Lantern (Nathan Fillion) चं presence मजेदार आहे.

Movie मध्ये Krypto the Superdog चं entry थोडं quirky आहे, पण तो काही scenes मध्ये highlight होतो. Gunn ने origin story न दाखवता direct action आणि emotional depth दाखवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे.

एकूणच, Superman (2025) हा एक entertaining, socially relevant आणि visually impressive movie आहे – काही flaws असूनही, तो DC Universe चा promising beginning वाटतो.
